Happy brew year. 2018 is done and dusted. I finally had time to do a reveiw of 2018, and a plan is forming for 2019.

2018 started out a bit slow, and we did not really get going until march. The first half of 2018 was devoted to developing classics, so ESB, APA, and lagers dominated. During 2018 Brut IPA came on the scene, and we jumped on the wagon. Golddigger and Paintstripper game along.

As a spin off we played with milkshake IPA´s. quite the opposite to the bone dry brut.

The Big L had a massive addition of fruit to fermentation. One of 2018 favorites!

To tail off the year we developed a sweet stout, a it became a firm fav.

Did some stats of the year
