Brew Day Brew #13 - "Special K"

Todays brew was our first ever Kølsh, given the woodcock Road name "Special K"

I have high hopes for this one, hopes that my wife will like it so much we both can enjoy homemade beer..

Started off quite well, and mash in at 67 C. Mash at 64 for one hour. Mashout at 77 C.

90 mins boil, and cooling was really great thanks to some damn cold water in our tap. Norwegian winter can be quite helpful.

23 liters in the bucket, should be around 21 liters bottled beer, so looking promising.

Now safely placed in the fermentation fridge at 16 C for two weeks, and a Diacetyl ramp up at the end.. Cold crash and bottle..
