First Gravity test..

So the waiting for beer to ferment can be a torture.. But patience is supposed to be a brewers virtue.. so waiting the required time is all part of the game. At least there is gravity tests, the opportunity to check progress, and do a tiny taste sample..

So todays testing was for our first ever Neipa. Now named Lilys Voodoo Potion. The gravity was right on track. What was really satisfying was the great yellow color, and that amazing aroma..

So good we ended up drinking the sample... So good... May just have to take another sample tomorrow..
