Kind of commercial

At the time of writing, its almost done.. my first commercial brewing. We have the pleasure of brewing beer for a wedding. 80 liters of beer is quite alot for a small scale production line, so a challenge for sure.
First we had a tasting session, and the style of beer was agreed upon. The choice was on our Dangerous Blonde. First challenge was to replicate the sampled beer as closely as possible. As we brew 20 liter batches, this needed to be done four times over.
To make this taske a little easier, a 50 liter fermentation tank was purchased, as this meant we could speed up the timeframes, and also just needed to make two as identical batches. It could have been further aided with another 50L tank, but that came both with a cost, and with issues in actually brewing the beer..
I could feel a certain tension when the first bottles were given to the customer as a tasting sample.
As the feedback was really good that was a weight of my shoulder!
Another challenge was the label design. Our pin-up design may not be the most appropriate for a wedding?? I was not ready to led the design ethos go out the window either, so after a few attempts, we found a label that worked for all!
