Brewlife is a good life. I really enjoy learning the art of creating beer. Over the last months I have been doing more experimenting than ever before.
New styles of beer have been designed, brewed and reviewed. Probably the most "experimental" was the Milkshake IPA`s. The first named `be my Strawberry´was with a large addition of frozen strawberries. 3kg in a 25 l batch.
The second was ´The BIG L´that had a wild 6kg of fruit. The first learning was to puree the fruit. The second was to have some moderation. So for the next one. 4kg of puree, sounds just right.
Wheat milk in the mash was a success, and gave the milky white color I was hoping for.
The next project is a Brut IPA. A super dry IPA, and something different from the super sweet milkshake IPA, and NEIPAs
Aside from brewing, I have put more effort into the Instagram account. Frequently adding new photos.
And if that was not enough, a YouTube channel has been born.
Hopefullly I am able to share something, and help another homebrewer along the way. Anyway its
interesting to do, and has helped connect to other homebrewers.
