So today was time to keg the latest version of our Badass IPA. Kegging has become quite easy, and really goes smoothly. This BIG difference this time round was an idea to filter from fermenter to keg in one operation.
With the option of adding CO2 to the fermenter, I should have been able to build up pressure, to allow filtration.
well lets just say that did not work out.. I reverted to transferring the beer, and will need to have a spare keg available. This beer is being filtered anyway, so then it`s just a matter of when. How gave itself up.
Its not called badass for nothing
